Class-A CDL Truck Drivers in our OTR division to deliver luxury automobiles to dealers on your established route. We are hiring out of the following states: District of Columbia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
As a PMTG driver, you will be given a great deal of responsibility and will be well paid for it. If qualified, we are prepared to hire you today! After 2 short weeks of paid training, you'll be on the road to a long term career with PMTG.
The average driver wage for the last 3 years was $72,000 plus benefits. Driver wages (other than training wages) are paid at approximately 20% of the revenue for all outbound loads. This averages out to approximately $0.55 per mile for all miles driven. As a PMTG driver, you will have the satisfaction of being responsible for delivering prestige automobiles to dealers on your route.

PMTG provides automotive transport services for luxury automobile manufacturers like: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, SAAB, Mini Cooper, Subaru, Ford, Nissan, WV/Audi and Volvo.
PMTG takes pride in delivering cars on-time and damage-free. Most of our carriers are enclosed, which protects our client's vehicles from the risk of damage caused by in-transit debris (e.g. stones, salt, tree limbs, etc).
Wages:
The average annual income for an experienced driver is in excess of $70,000 per year plus benefits
A new driver (inexperienced to car haul) will make an annualized average wage of:
- $45,000 the first 90 days (average $3,750 per month)
- $48,000 during 90 - 120 days (average $4,000 per month)
- $52,000 during 120 - 180 days (average $4,334 per month)
- $62,000 at 180 days (average $5,167 per month)
- $70 + at 360 days (average $5,834 per month)
There are longevity increases of 1% after 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years
Vacation and Time Off:
- Paid Vacation after completion of 1 year of service = 1 week
- Paid Vacation after completion of 2 years of service = 2 weeks
- Paid Vacation after completion of 5 years of service = 3 weeks
- Paid Vacation after completion of 10 years of service = 4 weeks
There are 8 paid holidays per year including: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Driver Birthday
Over-The-Road Drivers - Home time approximately every two weeks with alternating time off on Sat/Sun and Wed/Thurs
Recruiting Bonus (Refer your friends) - 1 cent per mile for all miles driven by driver referred by you for as long as you are both employed (120,000 miles per year = $1,200 bonus) for the balance of 2012 paying 2 cents per mile
